Phil Davis is the President of Harris Exteriors & More. Phil is a sales consultant/project manager and runs the business operations and financial management of the company. His background in the home remodeling industry began in 1997 when started with rehabbing homes. With that experience he has moved on to roofing, siding, windows, doors sales and installation. Phil has a BA degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to Harris Exteriors & More, he worked for eleven years for the State of Illinois as an auditor. His credentials include: VSI Certified Vinyl Siding Installer, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, Therma-Tru Door Installer, Licensed Illinois Roofer, and many other manufacturer installation certifications.
Dave Dobbs has been with Harris Exteriors & More since 2012 as sales Consultant/Project Manager. He has over 33 years of experience in window sales and installation. His knowledge of high end window products includes Andersen, Marvin, Pella, Alside, and Sierra Pacific windows and doors. He was a business owner for 12 years and spent 8 years as a union window installer. Dave is a certified installer in all products sold.
Lance Rompel has been with Harris Exteriors since 2013 as a Sales Consultant/Project Manager. He has over 25 years’ experience in construction and remodeling. He has spent the majority of his career in sales. He enjoys the one on one interaction with homeowners, and the satisfaction of the completed job. Lance is a U.S. Army Veteran; having served as a paratrooper and combat engineer in the 82nd Airborne Division.
