Our team installed ACM White Trim Coil for the fascia, providing a polished, durable finish that eliminates the need for regular maintenance. For the soffits, we used White Mastic Ventura panels, a product known for its hidden vent design, which improves airflow while maintaining a sleek appearance. We also replaced the gutters with 5-inch seamless gutters made from .032 heavy-gauge aluminum coil, and added 3×4-inch oversized downspouts to handle heavy water flow efficiently. The all-white design enhances the home’s curb appeal while providing long-lasting performance.
